Cancellation Policy for Memorial Service Reservation.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for Memorial Service Reservations. You may cancel or change your reservation prior to the last 48 hours without charge.
By reserving for a private charter you are considered as committed to your reservation through the last 48 hours. Cancellation within the last 24 to 48 hours is subject to a 50% charge.  Parties with guaranteed reservations who cancel with less than 24 hour notification or fail to show or arrive 30 minutes past time of departure will be charged the full price. 
If we need to cancel a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we will attempt to reach you at the phone number you provided as soon as possible. 
If you are unsure about weather, please call and we will advise you on the trip status.
There is no charge to you if we cancel the trip due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  By signing here you are authorizing the purchase be charged to your credit card and agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by the credit card company.
